Ukiran dan lakaran fikiran

Manusia adalah seindah ciptaan sang pencipta dan itulah yang membezakan manusia dengan hidupan muka bumi yang lain kerana manusia dilahirkan dengan perasaan cinta dan kasih-sayang.Ketika lahir, kita dikurniakan dengan sepasang mata untuk melihat ke hadapan, dan bukannya untuk menoleh kebelakang. Sebab itulah, mata diciptakan di hadapan wajah supaya kita terus mara ke hadapan, dan bukannya menoleh kepada kegagalan di masa lalu. Justeru itu, gunakanlah mata dengan sebaik-baiknya agar kita dapat melihat perkara terindah yang terjadi disekeliling kita. 

Kita dilahirkan dengan sepasang telinga supaya kita dapat mendengar dan dikurniakan dengan hanya satu mulut kerana mendengar itu adalah lebih baik daripada bercakap kerana terlebih bercakap akan menyebabkan diri sendiri menyakitkan hati orang lain sekiranya percakapan kita menyinggung perasaan insan-insan yang ada disekeliling kita. Justeru itu, pakailah telinga mu dengan sebaik mungkin dari kedua-dua buah sisi kanan dan kiri supaya kita dapat mengumpul pujian dan menerima kritikan dan memilih hanya yang terbaik untuk dijadikan panduan dan pedoman dalam hidup. Kita hanya dilahirkan dengan satu mulut kerana mulut adalah senjata yang paling tajam yang dapat menghancurkan hati,melukakan perasaan, merosakkan perhubungan persahabatan, kekeluargaan dan sebagainya. Mulut juga dapat menggoda manusia, kerana kata-kata manis yang lahir dari mulut dapat meruntuhkan hati dan meracuni fikiran seseorang. Justeru itu, berwaspadalah wahai kawan-kawan dengan setiap tutur kata yang lahir dari bibirmu.

Manusia dilahirkan dengan penuh istimewa kerana dikurniakan dengan otak yang dapat membantu kita untuk membezakan perkara baik dan yang buruk di dalam hidup. Jadi gunakanlah otakmu dengan sebaik-baik mungkin agar kita dapat menjadi orang yang berguna dan berilmu. Jika otakmu digunakan untuk tujuan yang salah, maka ia akan membawamu ke arah yang salah, dan jika sebaliknya engkau menggunapakai otakmu untuk tujuan kebaikan, maka ia akan mendamaikan hatimu yang gundah gulana kerana otak adalah pusat kepada pemikiran manusia.Jika kamu meyalahgunakan akal fikiranmu, maka ia akan meracuni hati dan fikiranmu dan membentuk engkau menjadi insan yang jahat.Sebaliknya, jika kamu tahu membezakan perkara yang baik dan yang buruk, maka ia akan membimbingmu ke arah jalan yang lurus dan benar. Berfikirlah dengan sebaik-baiknya sebelum kita berbicara kerana kata-kata itu tidak dapat ditarik balik sekiranya kita sudah terlepas bicara.

Manusia begitu sempurna kerana diciptakan dengan hati dan perasaan. Kita dikurniakan dengan hati untuk memberi kasih sayang, menerima kasih sayang dan mencintai insan lain yang yang ada disekeliling kita. Justeru itu, gunakanlah hatimu untuk mencintai insan yang mencintai kita dengan setulus hatimu. Belajarlah untuk membuka hatimu demi insan yang benar-benar mencintaimu kerana hati tidak akan pernah menipu perasaan manusia.hanya mulut yang dapat melukakan perasaan dan hati kita. Hati yang tulus dan ikhlas dapat membahagiakan hidup seseorang. Oleh itu, hargailah insan yang yang berhati mulia yang benar-benar tulus menyayangimu kerana disitu akan terpancar sinar kebahagiaan.

Akhir kata, berfikirlah dengan sebaiknya sebelum mengeluarkan kata-kata.Gunalah akal fikiranmu dengan sepenuhnya kerana ia akan membimbinhmu ke arah kebaikan dan jika sebaliknya, engkau menyalahgunakan akal fikiranmu, maka ia akan menjadi racun dalam hidupmu. Hatimu adalah benteng kekuatanku. Jika hatimu kuat, maka ia akan menjadi pelindung kepada dirimu dari sebarang godaan. Justeru itu, peliharalah hatimu dan bebaskan hatimu dari sebarang perasaan hasad dengki, iri hati dan sebagainya. Tanamkanlah hatimu dengan kasih sayang. Sayangilah dan cintailah insan-insan yang menyayangimu.Sekian sahaja kawan-kawan:)

Leadership

What is leadership? In my own point of view, leadership is the way to organizing peoples in order to achieve a common goal.  In today management, it requires us to have a lot of patient. Thus, it is not an easy job to manage and organize subordinates in an organization. There will be a lot of challenges and criticism which need to be tackle by the manager in order to be a good leader. A role of manager is to ensure that he or she can adopt all the changes that might occur in the organization either it involves with internal or external organizational behavior change. On the other hand, a good leader must be able to communicate well with their subordinates. Some people are born with their own ability and capability to become a leader. People with a big thinking will try developing themselves in order to become champions. Therefore, a successful manager will always find a key point to grab all the available opportunities around them. By doing so, it will help them to expand their mind in order to become a good leader.

Besides, leader should also show a good example to their subordinates. Thus, a strategic planning is requiring in order helping the manager to cope with any difficulties that arise in the organization. To make a wise decision, leader should analyze every single thing with no interference by their personal interest. Meaning that, leader should always be fair and justice with all of their subordinates. If the subordinates feel that they are being appreciates by their top management, this will increase their motivational level and also will give a good impacts to their job performance. On the other hand, manager should have a good teamwork among all of the employees. By doing so, this will reduce the burden of work among all of the employees if they have a strong teamwork. It’s not easy to become a manager because we need to be knowledgeable in our own job field. But, if the manager is a good planner, he or she will always become a good leader in organizing and controlling whatever obstacles that might occur in the organization.

            Therefore, in order to improves our knowledge, getting a good mentor helps create momentum. Find someone knowledgeable about your field and make them your friend. Do ask for their advice. If you have a question about something you do not understand, ask your mentor, and learn from them. If you do not have a mentor that you can meet face to face, find a mentor through your studies or your reading. By doing so, this will help us to seek something new in our life. Sometimes, criticisms help us to develop our strength in order to be someone new. We should always be able to adopt all the criticisms in a positive way so that we can become a strong and tough person. 

              In some situation, it is true that some people are luckier than others. I have no doubt about it. Thus, you are the one that determine your own luck. You can make things happen through hard work and intelligence. Sometimes, we fail to overcome any of bad situation in our life. The fact is that, few people have been able to take a bad situation or an unlucky situation and turn it around through hard work. Therefore a positive mind will help us to differentiate between a bad and good side. Some people believe in luck. But we must remember that luck does not come around often. So when it does, be sure to take full advantage of it even if it require us to working very hard. Leadership is not only focus on leading and to shape one's lifestyle but it also deal with every changes that occur around us.

Word of the day: Worry, fear and timid will destroy focus. To be a successful person, you must conquer fear. Everyone who does anything is criticized. Expect it and listen to it. Then, dismiss it. Don't let problems conquer your life, but do cope with it and fix it for a better life.

Ideas : Connecting other people mind

Hello again:) It's had been a long weeks I didn't update my blog. It's not because I'm too busy but the real fact is that I do not have any ideas to be share. Thus, to be a good blogger, we need to be knowledgeable so that we can easily share some ideas and transfer our knowledge to the others. Sometimes, by doing some writing it will help us to transform our ideas into action. On the other hand, to create a good topic, we have to know how to expand ideas because I do believe that everyone of us have our own creativity in connecting ideas. Some people have many ideas which is good to be share. But, unfortunately they didn't translate that ideas into action and a very genius people will take advantage and try to develop that ideas into action in order to build other people dream. For example Mr. A have a lots of ideas in his mind and sharing his ideas to one of his friend and didn't develop his ideas into any action. Then a friend of him (Mr. B) grab his ideas and build up that ideas into action. So, in this case, people will think that the ideas come from Mr. B since he had develop that ideas into action and in this case, Mr. A feel that his friend had betray him for stolen his ideas. If we relates this case into our daily life, it is true that some of us scare to develop our ideas. Thus, we might have ideas while having a meeting, but some of us still do not want to contribute our ideas because of our own mindset. Some of us scare to contribute any ideas while having a meeting because we might think that our ideas will not be accepted by the other members. This negative mindset will influence our action and therefore some people will not dare to voice up their ideas. We should have the courage to voice our opinion. 

Some people like to be a daydreamer without any action or effort to develop their dream. At the end, a dream is just be a dream without any progress or action. People with a big thinking will always struggle to develop their ideas and expand it into action. This type of people will always try to upgrade their mind in order to gain knowledge. It is true that, ideas and knowledge are related. Without knowledge, it is hard for us to seek for the ideas. Knowledge can be gain through reading, surfing, observing, experience, sharing and so on. Have you ever heard that we should think out of the box? On the other hand, we should always think forward in order to make our self ready to face any difficulties that might occur in our life.Since we use our mind to think, we should always use it properly in order to create a positive mind. Think before we act will also help us to avoid any conflict of ideas. 

In some situation, people always have conflict in contributing ideas. Some people totally disagree with the other people opinion and thus, there are some people who can't accept any ideas from the others. And there  's a people who always think that they are always right and their ideas is always be the best. 

Moral of the story, always be humble and seek for the knowledge as there is no limit to gain knowledge :)       Do not fear to contribute ideas as who knows that your ideas will turn to reality.
